Terms and Conditions
1. Who we are
"AlgoTrade", "we" and "us" mean AlgoTrade Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202425185M), 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. "You" means anyone who uses this website, asks for an investor login, or joins our research cohort or community.
2. What we do
- We research, build and run rule-based trading models on AlgoTrade's own accounts, and publish their live records on this website for research and education.
- AlgoTrade Pte. Ltd. is not licensed or regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
- We may give a read-only investor login to our own account to people who ask for one, so they can study how a model trades.
- We do not offer managed accounts, signals, or any service where we trade or advise on your money. We do not hold your money and we never ask for your trading passwords.
3. No service to your account
Nothing on this website is an offer to trade for you or a recommendation to trade, to use a particular broker, or to follow any model. Any link to a broker or platform page is for information only. If you choose to trade, that is your own decision, with your own broker, under that broker's terms, and your results can differ from ours.
4. No fees
We do not charge visitors, investor-login users, community members or research cohort members.
5. Investor login
The investor login is read-only and for your personal research. Please do not share or publish it. We change it regularly and may stop your access at any time.
6. Research cohort
Cohort members keep ownership of their models and data. Results are published only with consent, which is given by making a record public under the User Agreement. We use the same risk text and score method as for our own models. Publishing a model's record is not a recommendation to trade it.
7. Scores, rankings and charts
The Academic Score, the leaderboard and our charts are our own internal research tools. They are not independent and not a rating of investment merit. Sample or illustrative data is labelled as such and is not a result.
8. No advice, no guarantee
Nothing on this website or in our messages is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation for you. Trading leveraged products such as gold CFDs carries a high risk of loss, and you can lose all the money you trade with. Past results do not predict future results. We do not promise any profit. 9. Website information and links
We work to keep the information here correct and up to date, but it can change without notice and may contain errors. Links to other websites are for your information; we do not control those websites.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss in your trading account, or for loss caused by a broker, a trading platform, internet or system failures, or your own decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Names and logos
The AlgoTrade name and logo are registered trademarks, used by AlgoTrade Pte. Ltd. under licence. Other names and marks belong to their owners; their mention does not mean they endorse us. Please do not copy our content without our written permission.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If there is a dispute, we will first try to solve it together, then by mediation, before any legal action.
